REQUIRMENTS
- Proof of income and photo ID is required to schedule appointment to see apartments
- Annual income must be 36 x monthly rent plus $7500 for each additional person
- We may consider 14 months in advance (12 months and two months secuirty) if you do not qualify
- 600 credit score and above is preferred
- Background check is required ($50 nonrefundable fee)
