Dear John Peruto,
I am writing to inform you that as of 01/31/2007, I will be moving out of Apartment 8. I informed Jeannie of my move at the beginning of the month, but was not aware that I had to put it in writing. I hope this doesn't inconvenience anyone. Jong Bahk, who lives in apartment 8 with me, will be taking over the lease alone. Thank you so much for being such a wonderful Landlord and I hope that I am fortunate enough to have future landlords that treat their tenants with as much respect as you do. Thanks for your attention in this matter.

You have been an excellent landlord. I wish that I could continue to rent Brockton Road but, as I am sure that you are aware, I cannot afford it.

Karen Craddock, tenant at 7414 Brockton Road writes:
Hi John,
This is a confirmation letter from when I spoke with you on Monday about me leaving the apartment in June 2006. I will not have any problems with you arranging for people coming to view the apartment as you want, and on the weekends just give me a call a day before so that I can be here to open the door, or Drake or Roy can let them in that's not a problem either. It was a pleasure doing business with you and renting with you for four years but my renting days are over. You were and still are a good land-lord and keep your property in very good conditions.
I will keep in contact with you about my exact day leaving and about my security deposit. I know I will be ready June 1st cause I am packing now. So you have an idea when it will be ready. Thanks again for letting me leave before my sixty days notice and allowing me to leave in June.
Thank You.

Good Morning,
Here are the addresses you can mail our security deposit checks. You can just split the deposit 50/50. Thank you so much, and it was a pleasure renting from you. If you have any questions about the apartment, please call. We told the girls that are moving in that we would leave the mirror on the wall in the hallway. Also, we left the nails in the wall (they were all there when we moved in). Thank you again.
Best,
Sarah Petri

Dear John i.e. Peruto Properties
As of today, this is my official notice that I Mynn Johnson, Celeste Johnson and Yadora Jones will be moving from the 7411 Brockton Road 1st Floor residence on or before Friday, March 14, 2009.
It has been such a long and pleasurable journey. It was great doing business with you over the past 7 years but as you are already aware, I have an addition and the space is not big enough.
I thank you for all the things you have done. I will keep in contact with you periodically until my move date. If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know. All my home information is the same. i.e. home number and cell numbers are the same.
To the end of my date, please let me know when one of your maintenance guys can come in and look over the apartment so that I can get my security deposit back.
I thank you in advance for everything you do.
Mynn Johnson
