Dear Mr. Peruto,

 

It is with regret to inform you of my decision to terminate my 10 years plus residency. I will be relocating to another state. Therefore, as of February 27, 2012, I will no longer continue to reside at 244 N. Simpson Street. Please accept my apology for this short notice. Thank you Peruto Properties for all you do!!!

This is a confirmation letter from when I spoke with you on Monday about me leaving the apartment in June 2006.  I will not have any problems with you arranging for people coming to view the apartment as you want, and on the weekends just give me a call a day before so that I can be here to open the door, or Drake or Roy can let them in that's not a problem either.  It was a pleasure doing business with you and renting with you for four years but my renting days are over.  You were and still are a good land-lord and keep your property in very good conditions.

I will keep in contact with you about my exact day leaving and about my security deposit.  I know I will be ready June 1st cause I am packing now.  So you have an idea when it will be ready. Thanks again for letting me leave before my sixty days notice and allowing me to leave in June.

As of today, this is my official notice that I Mynn Johnson, Celeste Johnson and Yadora Jones will be moving from the 7411 Brockton Road 1st Floor residence on or before Friday, March 14, 2009.


It has been such a long and pleasurable journey. It was great doing business with you over the past 7 years but as you are already aware, I have an addition and the space is not big enough.


I thank you for all the things you have done. I will keep in contact with you periodically until my move date. If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know. All my home information is the same. i.e. home number and cell numbers are the same.


To the end of my date, please let me know when one of your maintenance guys can come in and look over the apartment so that I can get my security deposit back.
