Peruto Properties is proud to celebrate
our 26th year of family-owned excellence and expertise in every aspect
of our residential rental company. Our
company offers over 200 apartments, homes, and garages in the beautiful Overbrook Park section of
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, with access to shopping, public transportation, and
recreation. Our central location is
close to everything, yet far from ordinary.
We understand that the exceptional quality of
life which we provide our residents requires that our quality communities, townhouses, and duplexes are
kept to the highest of standards. All of
our communities offer private, off-street parking that is well lit for your
safety, readily available cable and internet, beautiful wall to wall carpeting,
